About

Introduction

BYKdb is a BY-kinase database that contains a collection of computer-annotated sequences, developped by the CRCL and PRABI in collaboration with Dr Christophe Grangeasse. BYKdb aimed at (i) collecting sequences of putative and authentic BY-kinases, (ii) providing structural and functional information and (iii) giving friendly access to bioinformatic tools to extract and analyze this new kind of regulatory enzymes.
